A single session cookie (vms_session) that keeps you signed in after login or duty check-in. It is httpOnly, expires after 12 hours (matching a gate shift), and is required for the portal to function. It cannot be switched off.

Anonymous, privacy-friendly usage analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) that help us understand which parts of the portal are used and where things break. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. Only loaded after you choose "Agree & proceed" or enable it under Manage Choices.
