Port Access Rules & Regulations
Important guidelines and policies for all visitors and employees
Visitor Access
All visitors must register at least 2 hours before visit
Host approval is mandatory before gate entry
Valid ID proof required (Passport, Aadhar, License)
Photo capture is mandatory for all visitors
Visitors can stay maximum 8 hours per visit
Same visitor cannot re-enter within 2 hours of exit
Security & Conduct
No photography or video recording inside port premises
No smoking, drinking, or use of intoxicants
Visitors must follow port authority staff instructions
Bags and containers subject to random inspection
No entry with weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
All visitors must wear identification badges at all times
RFID & QR Code
RFID tags must be worn visibly on lanyard
QR codes are valid only for specified date and duration
Do not share or transfer RFID tags or QR passes
Report lost RFID tags immediately to security
QR codes cannot be used after expiration time
Both methods cannot be used simultaneously
Operational Guidelines
Check-in and check-out mandatory at gates
Gates close at specified times - plan accordingly
Overstay charges apply after maximum duration
No re-entry after checkout without new registration
Facility-specific rules must be followed
Report any accidents or incidents immediately
Blacklist Policy
Rule violations result in temporary or permanent blacklist
Blacklisted individuals cannot register or enter
Security threats are immediately escalated
Blacklist status is reviewed every 30 days
Appeal process available through port administration
Repeated violations may result in legal action
Important Notice
All visitors and employees must comply with the rules and regulations mentioned above. Non-compliance may result in:
- Denial of entry or immediate eviction
- Temporary or permanent blacklisting
- Legal action and fines
- Reporting to relevant authorities
